What is DTF?
DTF is an acronym for Direct To Film, a process to which a special printer prints your images to a film and when activated with heat will adhere to a garment.
What kind of prints do I need to send you?
In order to ensure the highest quality prints we only accept PNG formatted files on 300 DPI or greater.
How long does it take?
So long as there is nothing wrong with your image, we typically print the same day or early next day so typically we will have your print ready for the next business day.
When my prints are done, where can I pick them up?
We have two convenient pickup locations setup within East Elgin County (more to come). The Collective in New Serum and The Old Imperial Market in Aylmer.
I have never setup a gang sheet before, is it hard to do?
In the world of printing DTF, gang sheets are the method we use to make your prints come alive, but if you have never made a gang sheet not to worry our Gang Sheet Builder Service can help you with all of that.
