Please read carefully the information provided below.

You are responsible for the images that get submitted for printing. We are happy to help with any questions or concerns, please reach out before placing an order. 

Step 1:

Step 2: 
Upload your images to the system software. Once submitted, you will NOT see your gang sheet but we will have it on our end. Save the URL link to be able to view it after.

Step 3: 
Manual payment process* Add however many gang sheets you submitted for print to your cart and make payment. This is NOT done automatically. We will only print what's been paid for. Please only submit gang sheets you want printed. 

QUICK TIPS:

• Do NOT mirror your images.
  
• Images should be HIGH-QUALITY (300 dpi or more) 
• Images should be in .PNG format 
• The images sent to us will be printed exactly as they are not transparently designed images will not print and small fonts about the size of a old school hb pencil lead will not print nicely.
• If there's excess pixels or space around your image, make sure you trim it (see video link on how to do this using our software). Your image will print the size of the box displayed around your image. 
• You need to Add To Cart the gang sheets you submitted and make payment. This is not automatically done. 
  
• Make sure there's enough space in-between your images and they are not overlapping as it will cover your other image and make it difficult to cut
  
• We cannot edit your gang sheets or work. Please double check before submitting them for print. 

WARNING: Be sure your images are of the highest quality when creating and submitting your Custom Gang Sheet. Images with a resolution of less than 300 dpi will appear with an exclamation mark (!) and will be blurry and pixelated. We can’t make any adjustments, so please double-check your images before submission!

Helpful Tips for Average DTF Transfer sizes:

• Adult 10.5-11" wide or tall, whichever comes first
• Youth 7.5 - 8" wide or tall, whichever comes first
• Toddler 6-6.5" wide or tall, whichever comes first
• Pocket/Koozie Size 3.5-4" wide or tall, whichever comes first

** There will be a colour strip on all gangs this must be cut off prior to pressing or the strip will appear on your garment.
